Nigel Downer

In the last 15 years he has been working directly with small to medium companies to define IT requirements and implement cost effective solutions. He has experience in a wide variety of IT projects including Financial Management (including international and multi-currency), Stock & Distribution, Job Costing and Sales.

Has degrees in Management Sciences and Operations Research and has worked in senior management positions for major international companies including De La Rue, Beechams, WS Atkins, Honeywell and British Oxygen. He has also spent some years working with the NHS to implement major IT systems.

Michael Harlow

Chartered Accountant and member of the Personal Finance Society. Has worked in senior finance management positions in Hertz Car Hire, RCA Corporation, Countryman Group and a number of private companies in the Engineering, Construction, Air Freight, Property Development sectors.

Founder member of ACQUIS in 1991, has developed the accounting and finance base of the business to the extensive client list that we have today.

Jay Jolly

A qualified Project Manager holding a certificate for project management in Prince 2 and has worked for a number of large companies such as Trafalgar Group, IBM, Reuters, a leading international legal firm, ABN AMRO, P&O Countryman Group and SEEBoard. Jay enables ACQUIS to offer services in the management of major projects as well as Business Continuity Planning.
